This is the place to mark the event that Comrade Chau Van Liem presided over the founding conference of the Communist Party of Annam (one of the three predecessor organizations of the Communist Party of Vietnam later) in August 1929. The Communist Party of Annam (Communist Party of Annam) was a communist organization in Vietnam, mainly active in Cochinchina, prior to the founding of the Communist Party in Vietnam.
After its establishment, the Communist Party of Annam actively worked, propagated Marxism-Leninism among workers and peasants, organized the Party's establishments in factories, rural areas, intellectuals, etc. The Party operated until the early 1930s when it merged with other communist organizations in Vietnam to form the Communist Party of Vietnam, opening a new era in the history of the Vietnamese Revolution: the Era of National Independence associated with socialism.
